Today I am going to skip my normal posting.

 

Don't get too excited. Instead I found an amazing TED talk that I would like you to view. It may be the best 18 minutes you have spent to understand better how you can change your health through diet AND why it is not always best to listen to the government and/or corporate health guidelines.
