Fish fat, otherwise known as fish oils or Omega-3's have numerous health benefits. Omega-6 fats are inflammatory and need to be in a balance with Omega-3 fats.

Give up all processed foods.

A recent study indicated that just over 60% of food that Americans purchase can be labeled processed. 

Many of these are ready to heat- ready to eat food products.

My mini-challenge to you is to avoid these foods.

I have quite a few definitions of processed foods.

There comes a time in every man's life when he has to admit that things do not always work as expected. Back about 4 years ago, I introduced my IMW Dream Breakfast Shake. Fat Fat Fat

  How many years have you heard all the talking heads and probably most doctors, ( I am not like most doctors), tell you fat was evil? The evilest fat of them all, "Saturated Fat"!!! Can you hear the eerie music playing when the words "Saturated Fat" are spoken? Ok, probably not but I think you get my point. We have been told by all the talking heads to avoid saturated fats and replace them with polyunsaturated fats, the fats that are found in most vegetable oils.
