Welcome to Spring!!   I hope everyone has been challenging themselves to go grain free. Grain-free is only one part of the Paleo diet. The true or as I say, "Orthodox Paleo diet" removes all grains, dairy and legumes. Obviously not everyone will go Orthodox. Myself, I avoid grains and processed foods and I feel great. I eat plenty of dairy and my share of legumes, and as far as I can tell, I am OK.
