Day 28 2015 IMW Spring Challenge

“Seven out of ten people suffer from hemorrhoids. Do the other three enjoy them?” —-Sal Davino

Fish fat, otherwise known as fish oils or Omega-3’s have numerous health benefits. Omega-6 fats are inflammatory and need to be in a balance with Omega-3 fats.

Below are some recent medical studies/articles showing how important Omega-3 fish is to your health

Omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acid ratio and higher-order cognitive functions in 7- to 9-y-olds: a cross-sectional study

Fatty Acids Found in Fish Linked to Lower Risk of Breast Cancer

Evaluation of the effect of omega-3 fatty acids in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome: “a pilot trial”.

Omega-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids Increase Plasma Adiponectin to Leptin Ratio in Stable Coronary Artery Disease

Adiponectin helps with insulin sensitivity. So far it is the closest thing to the fountain of youth that I have come across.

Your omega3 levels are measured as part of the IMW-AWT . Optimal levels are between 8-13. Let’s try to obtain those levels for you!

So your mini-challenge is to increase the amount of fish you eat or add fish oils to your regimen. But there is no one dose for everyone. My suggestion is to have your Omega-3 levels checked and then we can advise the proper dietary intake and supplement dosage.

But as a Special this week, we are offering all IMW in-stock fish oils at 25% off through Friday May 22, 2015.
