Well we have finished 30 days!!!
Usually this marks the end of a challenge.

Fish fat, otherwise known as fish oils or Omega-3's have numerous health benefits. Omega-6 fats are inflammatory and need to be in a balance with Omega-3 fats.

Sleep is extremely important. Recent research is indicating that poor sleep makes it difficult to get your body to it’s optimal weight among other maladies.
