Is Your Food Making You Sick?
By now everyone knows I have my own views on how diet and
nutrition play a role in optimal health. I enjoy working with my practice to
help manage proper dietary practices because many people have reactions to
foods that they are unaware of.
Some of the diagnosis that has been linked to food
intolerance or food sensitivities include Migraine headaches, Irritable
Bowel Syndrome- especially the loose stools component, Heartburn or GERD,
Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Joint and Muscle Pain, Chronic Fatigue, Chronic
Sinusitis, Insomnia and Skin Eruptions. And the funny thing is that the
above list in not exclusive. Food Intolerances probably cause different
